How do I access my account settings and manage my Premium Subscription?
You can manage your account and update your credit card on your account settings page on the far right hand side of the front page of the website
How is my subscription billed?
Your subscription will be renewed automatically every month and your credit card will be charged in advance of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
How do I modify my payment information?
You can modify your payment information at any time by logging into your account and going to your account settings.
Is my credit card information safe?
Security is very important to us. Your payment is made via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Storage of this data is prohibited by the PCI DSS. Your data is stored using one of the most advanced encryption methods available. We never store raw magnetic stripe, card validation code (CAV2, CID, CVC2, CVV2), or PIN block data.
What is the cancellation and refund policy for monthly subscriptions?
You can request to cancel your subscription at any time. Subscriptions will be cancelled at the completion of the current billing cycle.
How do refunds for annual subscriptions work?
If you cancel your annual subscription after less than 12 months, you will be refunded for any full unused months. For example, if you paid $440 and cancelled after 6 months, you would receive a refund of $220 in 5-10 business days.
How do I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe in your account settings.
Do I still have access to my subscription after I’ve cancelled?
Once a cancellation request has been made, you will retain access to your subscription until the end of the billing period. At the completion of the month, you will no longer have access to the Premium Subscription that you cancelled.
Can I share my subscription across more than one email address?
No. Subscriptions are allocated to specific email addresses and cannot be shared with other users or across other email addresses.
Can I access my subscription on more than one computer?
Yes. You can access your subscription and read its content on any computer or device by logging into your account. We do monitor concurrent usage to prevent fraudulent use.
How do I change the email address associated to my subscription?
The email address associated to your subscription is the same email address you registered with. You can change this email address by adjusting your settings. Please note: changing your email address will change your login credentials.
